When we decided to put our home on the market, we contacted agents and all their price estimates were far lower than our expectations.
We then contacted you and you brought in your sales team. This team included Margaret Stone. After inspection, you allocated the possible sale to Margaret. She visited us and spent several hours getting to know us and our expectations. She stated that our home is unique, one of a kind and the best in the area. Hence, she strongly recommended that we do not go to auction but to go to the market as "For Sale" and see where the offers fell. Some weeks went by and she had several offers 25% higher than the other agents price indication. We accepted an offer higher than this.
Margaret worked tirelessly on marketing our home with daily progress reports, even on her day off. She contacted every interested purchaser until they 'dropped off'. She also gave us valuable advice on presenting our home for open house. After each open house she took the time to personally brief us.
